Principal Broker & Owner
Jonathan Sketas
Our owner and Principal Broker Jonathan was born in Queens, New York, but has called Arkansas home since 1994. He was raised in Conway and graduated from high school in Hot Springs.
His early career journey had him leading a local venture group's flagship store in Little Rock's swift-growing service industry, where he honed his passion for service and client relations. That same passion has grown into a career in Real Estate, where Jonathan gets to help fist-time or veteran home-buyers in pursuit of their most prized possession - a home!
Jonathan worked his way up from an administrative assistant for Carle Properties to Prinicpal Broker & Owner in just three years. Since being licensed in 2018 Jonathan has sold over 100 properties and looks forward to helping you with all your real estate needs.
When he isn’t out “selling Arkansas one yard at a time,” one could find Jonathan on a walk downtown exercising, kayaking, or spending time with his dogs, Luna and Oakley

Erin Tripcony
Erin has been selling real estate in Central Arkansas for the past 13 years but has lived in Little Rock since Bowman Rd was the western edge of the city and Midtown wasn't in the middle!

Lindsey Boerner
Lindsey is excited to be joining Big Little Brokerage! After spending 5 years in locally owned property management, she decided it was time to make the (small) jump into a full-fledged career in real estate. Lindsey also brings almost 15 years of experience in the financial industry, ranging from the trading floor to financial software, focusing on regulatory reporting and trading functionality. She will put her skills of problem solving and solution seeking to work for you when it comes to your home!
Lindsey is a self-proclaimed SoMa-ite and Downtowner to the core. She and her wife built their home in the downtown Little Rock neighborhood of SoMa in 2018 and has loved being part of downtown nonprofit organizations like SoMa 501, the Arkansas Cornbread Festival, and The Studio Theatre. In her spare time, Lindsey loves hanging out with her dearest friends at downtown restaurants, petting cats, and partaking in the fun activities downtown Little Rock has to offer!
