Principal Broker & Owner

Jonathan Sketas

Our owner and Principal Broker Jonathan was born in Queens, New York, but has called Arkansas home since 1994. He was raised in Conway and graduated from high school in Hot Springs.

His early career journey had him leading a local venture group's flagship store in Little Rock's swift-growing service industry, where he honed his passion for service and client relations. That same passion has grown into a career in Real Estate, where Jonathan gets to help fist-time or veteran home-buyers in pursuit of their most prized possession - a home!

Jonathan worked his way up from an administrative assistant for Carle Properties to Prinicpal Broker & Owner in just three years. Since being licensed in 2018 Jonathan has sold over 100 properties and looks forward to helping you with all your real estate needs.

When he isn’t out “selling Arkansas one yard at a time,” one could find Jonathan on a walk downtown exercising, kayaking, or spending time with his dogs, Luna and Oakley

Erin Tripcony

Erin has been selling real estate in Central Arkansas for the past 13 years but has lived in Little Rock since Bowman Rd was the western edge of the city and Midtown wasn't in the middle!

She loves Central Arkansas and is passionate about helping people find the perfect home in the perfect spot for them. If you are new to town, moving away, downsizing, a first-time home buyer, or even facing foreclosure - Erin can help. Erin is a multi-million-dollar producer.

Melissa Allen

Originally from Enterprise, Alabama. Melissa grew up with southern manners and southern “know how”. She learned a lot about respect and morality. She holds an Associate Degree in Science and can honestly say she got her real education being an Army wife and raising three teenage boys!

Melissa has traveled all over the world with the military. She has been blessed with over 15 years of real estate experience. She is also a certified Real Estate Instructor for the state of Alabama. She serves on various Real Estate Committees and is active in her community.

She also enjoys Bee Keeping! She originally started her career in Property Management. She is experienced in property management, Residential Sales and Brokerage Ownership in Arkansas/Alabama.
